Great theme!
I’m trying to display my blog as a grid with just the featured image and the short text I have in the ‘excerpt’ field. Is this possible? My excerpt text isn’t the same as the body content so using the ‘more’ tag won’t work - and I’ve already selected ‘Excerpt’ in the reading style but that doesn’t make a difference.
What am I missing?

Are you sure about that? So what am I seeing here?
However, displaying as a grid is the minor issue: how can I display the excerpt under the images? It works by default if I use the search tool - but I can’t select excerpt as a default!

You also need to use the default WordPress feature to show excerpts
