It’s possible to create a private gallery with an option to buy that photos? How? What’s the best plugin to do that and how to associate that plugin to the private gallery?

These are custom implementations that has nothing to do with theme itself.
Personally I would use easydigitaldownloads.com for that but most likely it is posible to customize WooCommerce to work the same way.
