Services widget not working

When I try to press the add and edit services - nothing happens. Want to add each service we offer - not happening at the moment. I have downloaded the Illdy Companion plugin - so it’s not this. I also noticed it’s not compatible with the latest version of wordpress - is this the problem?

The plugin works with the recent version of WordPress, what version do you currently have installed?
Please go to Appearance > Widgets and try to drag and drop the services widget to the widget area to edit it.
