My site name is duhoonkim.com and if used on PC or Mac, the site along with the Shapely theme will load fine, though a little slow for some reason.
The mobile version, however, does not load and it prompts the user to scroll down the entire front page to click View Full Site in order to load up Shapely afterwards. I have contacted SiteGround but they said that it was a Shapely problem.

In relation to your query here, could you perhaps try disabling third-party plugins you could be having in place and check whether the issue is resolved. If so, try reactivating them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

I found the culprit to be Jetpack -> Settings -> Enable Jetpack Mobile Version!
I like the settings provided by Jetpack so I wanted to keep the ability to make portfolios and such.
