I have been trying to use popover and Tooltips shortcode from
Exactly as they are on my site:
(look at last button at bottom of page)
But it doesn’t do anything . Same with tooltip.Why is this happening?
I have manually updated the theme via ftp just to be sure if any files are corrupt
Disabled all plugins but still same

Well still same issue.
I did configure plugin as you asked. Also didn’t work
Same with popover and tooltip as well.
I thought they used to work fine before long time ago without even plugin, but now nothing happens when i click on button.

Upon checking your site, i’m seeing a few hours in your console log.
One being mixed content, and the other in regards to the toolip functionality.
Kindly disable all of your third-party plugins and see if this issue still exists.
If it resolves the issue I am going to then ask you to activate the disabled plugins one by one and test the page to see if we can isolate the conflicting plugin if that is the case.
To resolve the mixed content error try using the following plugin.
