On my homepage when I set it up it gives me the option of where I want to place my sidebar, I choose the right and I make sure the template is default, yet the sidebar is still showing up at the bottom of the page. Please help 
I am having the same problem. When I upgraded to version 1.1, the sidebar went away at the bottom, but I cannot get it to appear on the right.
After upgrading to version 1.1, it worked, after I recreated the homepage. Problem solved. Thank you!
