Hi, I am following the set up instruction to add the demo content and have got as far as importing the widgets and I get this error saying “Site does not support widget” on “shapely_home_portfolio” and “shapely_home_testimonial”

I see this was posted before but with no solution

Hi there

Before demo installation please install and activate all the recommended plugins, especially Jetpack plugin which manages portfolios, please install it and try again

Hi - I have already installed all the plugins including jetpack.
Do you need a paid jetpack package?

Ok, let me check it, so, you want to import demo right?
lease use this plugin to create temporary access for us, its automatic login link and does not requires sharing your admin details. here is How To guide. at the and don’t forget about  “Set as private reply” at the bottom of the message box

Portfolios and testimonials are now enabled in the Jetpack setting, you can now reimport theme demo and this time portfolios and testimonials will appear this time

I got everything working and was working on my site tonight and now suddenly everything seems to have broken and none of the widgets are working.
I tried reinstalling the theme but have had no luck.
