I loved the Dazzling theme, but it’s been slow since the beginning. Is there something I can do to speed it up…do others have the same problem. I have W3 Cache installed.

Do you have Browser cache, Object cache, database cache and other settings in place for W3? The thing is that plugin doesn’t do much until you properly configure it.
Your server wait time is very high which means that there server is either very slow or very much happens in background without any cache.
You haven’t used much plugins, so site itself is not very bloated, so the first thing is to try is to configure W3 Total Cache fully and properly (without minification because it usually does more bad than it helps.)
