How do I do it sorry? Where do I find the wp config.php?
And have you previously installed this wp debug as a plug in maybe, when you were checking? I remember seeing in among the plug ins, but as I couldn’t recognize what it was, I deleted it.
I just checked a tutorial and I think I did what you asked…I changed the line from false in “true” going in my cpanel/filemanager/wpconfig as shown below, in attachement 1…is this correct?
However, I tried to modify a post but simply got a blank page with no errors (attachement 2 )
Yes, I have no problem in accessing the site now. I tried to do like you suggested, I deactivated all the plug ins and activated them back on one by one but nothing happened. Apparently they are all fine.
so i doubt after deactivating all plugins before reactivating them again have you tested whether the post modification is working fine or not?
What I did check when deactivating and activating plug ins again was the Wp access. That was my initial problem. That is what was working fine once I activated the plug ins one by one and that problem is not presenting anymore. I will have now to try again with the new problem.
Jackpack is not even something I installed, but it came as default with wp? So is ot better for me to delete it altogether maybe?
I now tried to deactivate all plug ins and tried to simply modify a post and click “update”. I got a blank page all over again, even with all the plug ins deactivated what should I do now?

No it doesn’t come as default with WordPress so if you don’t need it then just delete it.

Just try temporary using on your site any default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and see whether this functionality works.
If it doesn’t work then please try reinstalling latest version of WordPress as described on the following page
Before reinstalling it please make sure to take backup of wp-content directory and wp-config.php file
I did delete Jackpack plug in and tried to update a post…same thing, got a blank page.
I then switched to Twenty fifteen theme, tried to update a post…everything worked perfectly !!
So I switched to Travelify parent theme, tried the same thing again, modifying a post and hit “update” and all worked as normal!
I finally switched back to Travelify child theme, tried to update a post…and got again the blank page!! I tried the process twice just to be sure and it happened all over again. So as long as I stick with 2015 theme or travelify parent theme, all seems to work fine but as soon as I change to the child theme, I get the problem.
I had downloaded the theme previously to test access of admin area and front end of the site when it’s activated and it worked fine for me. Now i want to test the theme for post editing issue but unfortunately previously i deleted the downloaded child theme so i need to download it again.
I tried to access your site wp-admin area to download the theme but it’s just displaying blank white page for me.
Could you please make sure that the site is accessible so that i can download the child theme again?
Thank you. The site is accessible for me,I have switched back to parent theme…hopefully now you can have access to wp admin? Do you have all the details?
I logged in to your site and downloaded Travelify child theme which worked fine on my test site but i see you have added some PHP code in the style.css file which is wrong and i think this may be causing the issue on your site.
I removed the PHP code from style.css file and attached the updated child theme to this reply so please try using it.
I have deleted the previous child theme, installed the one you attached and tried to update a post…got the same blank white page again!!! grrr feel like crying now!!!
Was editing posts working normally on your test site, after removing the PHP code?? I don’t understand

Yes it’s working fine on my test site even directly using the theme that i downloaded from your site.
Now let’s create another WordPress site on your server and test the child theme on it then we will understand whether it’s the issue of using child theme on your site or the server so please create another test WordPress site on your server and install the child theme on it.
You can refer the information provided on the below pages to create new test site by installing WordPress.
Before creating another Wordpress site, I tried to delete all the custom CSS styles that I had. I then deleted the child theme and installed it again. I then added every single modification one by one again, each time checking if I could edit and update posts…well, now everything seems to work fine!! I could’t find any problem, I mean I have simply deleted and re-added all the custom CSS as it was before, but for some mystery , all works now.
Do you think it is still better to create another Wordpress site and test it?
Could it be a kind of bug that come and go, or that appears in different sections of the site?I’m just afraid it will happen again, as I haven’t actually found out what was wrong.

I think as it’s working now then it’s not necessary to create another WordPress site and test it but if the issue occurs again then please do it and test it.
