Site stuffed up

Out of the blue some of the pages seem squished now, same with the sidebars. Also sub menus arent working?

Hi @helloflux,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

The screenshot that tried to share is not uploaded successfully due to its size so please try uploading it again by reducing its size or sharing it using other way.

Have you made any changes on your site that caused it?

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

Kind Regards,
Movin

Hi

The site is http://peteknuiman.co.nz/, the 3rd level menu options have also dissapeared as well as the squished pages.

I thought it was the slideshows but when removed it is even more squished.

Feel free to have admin access

Thanks
Jesse

Hi Jesse,

This theme is built on Bootstrap and by default it doesn’t support third level of menu structure and one submenu is max so i think you might have achieved this by using the custom solution posted in the following reply.

https://colorlibsupport.com/t/child-theme-menu-override-in-functions-php-adding-a-third-level-of-menu-depth/

Please advise.

Also please answer all my previously asked questions and share the screenshot if any.

Regards,
Movin

Hi

Thanks for the info but that does not explain the squishing of the site http://peteknuiman.co.nz/bathrooms/

As you can see that page is very different to say http://peteknuiman.co.nz/testimonials/

What is the issue

You didn’t answer all my previously asked questions like “Have you made any changes on your site that caused it?”

You can try resolving this issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of the latest version of Sparkling theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Sparkling Options -> Other -> Custom CSS

.main-content-area .row.pull-left {
    width: 100%;
}

Hi

No, i have not made any further changes it just happened one day.

The CSS has fixed it.

Only thing is that the 3rd level menu no longer seems to work which is a bit annoying.

Thanks
Jesse

Hi Jesse,

Only thing is that the 3rd level menu no longer seems to work which is a bit annoying.

As said previously to make it work you have to use the solution posted in the following topic.
