Hi,

I know the question has already been treated, but I didnt find the solution in the other posts.

So here my website : www.bapetcec.com

For now, I’m just doing some tests, but the width of all my pics are at least 1920px. And I don’t understand why in the slide show, the pics are so small. I want it use all the width of the page. And a bigger height. Like in the demo, it’s exactly what I wanna do.

I downloaded the plugin you gave in other posts but I don’t understand how it works…

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It seems you are using Jetpack plugin on your site so could you please try temporary deactivating it or its Photon module on your site?

This jetpack photon module is not updating the images stored on wp.com so to resolve the issue either disable this module or update the images on wp.com by contacting jetpack support team.

Oh yeah great it’s working !

But I need Jetpack. I downloaded it following your instruction in the documentation. And there are some options from Jetpack that I use.

What is Photon module ?

If you need Jetpack then use it but just disable the Photon module of it.

Hi,

I had to reinstall everything, and now i’ve got the same problem than first…
The difference is that I disabled the Photon module and the width isn’t still good. And the height is to big too. I would like just like the demo.

Also please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
