In Chrome, on some page loads, the slider appears and then disappears after the page load is completed. What could the problem be?

It seems this is happening because of the javascript error message occurred on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Try clearing cache on your site that you are using.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
