Which browser and browser version are you using on the iPad?
Could you please try using different browser?
I can see you are using older version 1.9.3 of Sparkling theme on your site so please try using latest version of it.
Are you getting the same issue with the Sparkling theme demo displayed here https://colorlib.com/sparkling/ ?
