Slider not working when visual composer plugin active

I’m using the wp visual composer plugin with this theme, (http://vc.wpbakery.com/) but when I activate the plugin, the slider disappears from the homepage (Pushing the CTA right to the top under the nav). When I de-activate the plugin, the slider re-appears without any problems.

I assume it’s something to do with the javascript… is there anything I can do to stop this happening?

Just tested theme with VC and you are absolutely right that it doesn’t work. There is no easy workaround for this that I could share but I will fix this with next update.
