Slider with overlay and excerpt from post

Hi,

In my slider I put overlay and excerpt from post referred from your answers from previous forums.

My problem is that the excerpt is quite too long and appears under the overlay. I would rather want it in front of the overlay and just fit right exactly within the overlay.

Attached is a screen shot of my slider.

Hi,

I’ve managed to limit the number of words of the excerpt().

My concern now is that the excerpt is still under the overlay.

Then I just realized that on Ipad the overlay doesn’t show while on mobile the text and the overlay don’t show.

First of all please revert all the custom changes you have made in the slider using custom CSS which is causing this issue.

Then use the custom CSS code shared in the following topic to achieve this.
