Social Icons connect with social accounts

Hi, I have social links set up in the footer and as a side widget. Currently, the links open on the same page as my site. Secondally I want to connect these social icons with social accounts of the website link is https://naqvisociologist.com Is there a way to force them to open in a new window? How can I connect with social accounts?
