Some browsers not displaying front page banner and featured images any clues??

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

  1. You can try achieving this by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

/*fix header image*/
#main-slider > div.owl-stage-outer > div > div.owl-item.active > div > div > span.caption{
  width:100%;
}
  1. In regards to images not showing, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. on those browsers and and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi Thank you, does that CSS fix the browser then?? I have included it

Still not showing the main header image (zebras) or the featured images carousel on most of the browsers, I am panicking as just paid for a load of advertising and no pictures on the front page is a disaster. I have cleared cash

The shop is page is fine all the images show there

Hi

It would appear that Internet Explorer is the browser that has the problem and wont display the images any idea why???
