I have two forms on one page in the Sparkling theme, but ReCaptcha appears on only one of them. From what I understand, ReCaptcha v2 allows for multiple forms on the same page.

Is it working fine for you using default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen?
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it’s not working correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?
