Hi, I currently use sparkiling for my fishing charter business.
It looks like Tour might be better suited for me.
Would my sparkling website be compatible with Tour?
Or would there be another theme that you can suggest where I can take bookings & selle packages?

In reference to your question here, Tour is not a WordPress theme as is the case in Sparkling. You might therefore need to develop your website all over again since Tour is a HTML template. You would also need quite some coding expertise to fully implement the Booking functionality within the website.
