special product free shipping

Hi!
I use following versions:
WordPress 4.9.8 with Theme Dazzling.
Woocommerce 3.5.2

I want to offer a special product with free shipping and insert at shipping “free shipping” but I when I choose this product I will still get shipping costs.

When a customer will order over 49 euro (national = Austria) and over 100 Euro (Germany) he will get always the order with free shipping.

Thank you for the question but its not there related, all you need is proper Woocommerce configuration, please check their documentation or support, or just research your question in the internet
