Split Title in Paralax section

Hi,

  1. I am trying to make my title in a parallax section appear on two separate lines. My website is alyventures.com. I am referring to the first parallax section. i want the text “Aly Ventures” to appear like

“Aly
Ventures”
2) I was wondering if there was a way to add another text section within the parallax section.
