Submenus don't appear

If you see my 2 images (attached), I have added submenus under the “Asia” tab. Yet, it doesn’t reflect on my site. Feel free to troubleshoot on my site www.belaroundtheworld.com.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

This theme is built on Bootstrap and it doesn’t support this kind of menu structure and one submenu is max but you achieve this by using the custom solution posted in the following reply.
