Key tag can be seen by clicking read more. Can be displayed without clicking the read more button?

Tags assigned to the post are visible when you press the read more button. I would like to have available, in the post, without pressing read more button.
Why do I have this problem?
“I turned off the read more button” by:

display: none;
}
And I have no tag buttons.
