I seem to be having issues with the Tags. The little button/tag cloud is showing on Posts, but not on the Blog roll page. Is there a way I can have them appear in both places?

It’s not the issue but the post tags are only displayed on the single post page and not on post listings page like blog page.
To display the post tags also on post listings page try adding the attached modified content.php file in the root directory of your child theme.
