The link will open the contact form or eventualy a new page with the contact form choosed
Is possible make this modify?

Unfortunately, this kind of behaviour can only be achieved via core files modifications or some widgets workarounds where you can use the plain element HTML code, add the link to it and drop the code to a text widget.
