Testimonials Section and services section of this theme not working in local server (developer mode). Theme asking for jetpack but after install jet pack some of its feature not working in local server. Can anyone help?

Since you are using a local server, I would not be able to access the page to view the issue however please ensure that you are using the current version of WordPress, version 4.7.2. Also, just as a precaution have you activated all the bundled plugins for the them?
