Thank You message after contact form submission

Hello,

How do I change the look of the thank you message that is presented after someone used the contact form?

“Thank you for your message. It has been sent.”

Thanks for the reply. I think the link you provided shows how to style the form, not the message that is presented after the form is submitted. I believe I have to change the php, but I’m not sure how/where.
