The update broke my site!

Hi,

I have been running your theme for ages now and I have had no complaints, loved it!.. Until I just now updated and its stripped my website down to nearly nothing! All the widget areas have disappeared and my portfolio which has years of work has gone. Please help asap, this is costing me clients and money, I don’t want to use another theme as I love this as do many of my clients but I may have to if this isnt resolved.

I have tried to install it from the very start on another website, the theme downloads and activates but i cant install the demo theme or anything. Here is my second website I have tried to install it on - website

Did you create a backup of the website?

Also, were you using a child theme to house the customization for the theme?
