Theme and PHP version compatibility

(i’m french, sorry if my english is not perfect )
I have a worpdpress website who uses the theme "ShapelyVersion : 1.2.1 Par colorlib.

Wordpress does recommend updating PHP, currently I am on version unsecured 7.0,33

I want to know if the theme ShapelyVersion : 1.2.1 whoI am using, is compatible with version 7.4 of PHP ?
