Theme not woo commerce compatible?

One of the main reason I chose Activello at the beginning is that it seems to integrate with woo commerce nicely. However, it turns out not the case for me. If you go to http://www.dailysurprises.co.uk, you get ‘www.dailysurprises.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500’ error. The strange thing is if you go to any subpage, you can access without any problem, for example http://www.dailysurprises.co.uk/blog/

Why is this happening? Is this because of the activello child theme I have? Please help.

I can access your shared site http://www.dailysurprises.co.uk/ without any issue as shown in the attached screenshot.

Is the issue resolved now or is it happening in another area?

Please tell me exactly where you are getting the error message.

Hi Movin

Yeah i was going to update you. I suspect it is not compatible with another plugin because I tried another theme and it was not working either. I disabled plugins one by one and I realised woocommerce is not compatible with my supercache plugin.
