I love the Sparkling theme but the menu level is only 2 deep (if I’m right). I’ve tried to add a third level but this gets shown on a very unfriendly way… Is it possible to add a third menu level and show it on a friendly and usable way (let’s say expanded to the right)?

It’s the limitation of bootstrap framework that this theme uses. You can remove this limitation by editing the theme files like described in the following thread.
