To configure a button to show a lightbox for Youtube Videos

Hi,

is it possible to configure the button to show a lightbox for youtube? the only option I have is to put the URL for the button, but I need to put this code “[video_lightbox_youtube video_id=“oJdEC_qqgBI” width=“640” height=“480” anchor=“Clique aqui para abrir video”]” to show the video into a lightbox.

If possible could you please show me the direction.

Hi,

The button should be a link, so you need to try some other plugin that populates the lightbox from a link, something like this plugin WordPress prettyPhoto – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org or you can try some other lightbox plugin that support the link feature.

Hi, thanks for help but it doesn’t work because you need to insert some parameters for this.

This plugin prettyphoto for instance needs to put the parameter rel=“prettyPhoto” in the URL and it is not personalized in the theme since you just have the field for URL nothing else.

I tried to use the Responsive lightbox plugin that aggregates all the lightbox plugin, and I have the same problem, none of the options worked by default.
