translate/change the word "phone" in the Contact us Section

Dear support,

Is it possible to change the word “phone” in the Contact us section? I’m making a website for a non-english speaking audience and I would like it to say “telefoon” instead.

If not possible: alternatively could I remove both the words ‘E-mail’ and ‘Phone’ and just show the address and phone number?
