Hello,
I have a problem with the translation of the Epsilon Section in my Portum Theme.
For instance, my home page is entirely built with the Epsilon sections, that come with the theme: slideshow, projects section, etc…
When I try to translate them the following the normal Polylang procedure, I get the sections “decomposed” in simple images and text piled in a single column…
Basically, I go from this normal section: http://www.dnra.it/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Screenshot-2018-12-01-at-12.57.54.png
To this: http://www.dnra.it/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Screenshot-2018-12-01-at-12.58.08.png
And the slide show does not appear at all.
How can keep the sections as they are and translate them? I’ll ask the same question to Polyland developers, because I’m not sure which side the issue is.
The website is in maintenance mode, so the URL will direct you to the maintenance page. I should provide you with the credentials for access.
I can do that if necessary, please contact me to my personal email.
Thank you
You can create temporary access for us
Please use this plugin to create temporary access for us, its automatic login link and does not requires sharing your admin details. here is How To guide. at the and don’t forget about “Set as private reply” at the bottom of the message box
Hello,
thank you, I’ve granted you access through this link for 24 hours: http://www.dnra.it/wp-admin/?wtlwp_token=4c6ad4a132eddad6957ba7b9214a6cf7
The problem was in the English home page, but now I have manually cut and copied the the html code to the new page, without the need of the sections. This is a workaround let’s say. If you cannot identify the error, I’ll continue using this method. I made a backup of the website, just in case.
Now the other problem I see is that some pages are shown as “not found” even if the URLs are right. I involved Polyland for this problem…
Thanks again
