Trying to add an image before a post title

Hi,
I am trying to add an image before the post title but i don´t know how!
I know how to add it to all posts, but I want to add it only to a specific post?

hi there

only solution is to place image after the title, otherwise you have to enable featured images for posts and images will be displayed in all posts
