Twitter Cards for Blog Posts Activello

Hi,

So I’m trying to post my blog posts now to twitter and facebook,

And I’m having trouble with the “cards” I believe, after looking around I was told to insert some meta tags into my website so twitter and facebook can read them and post appropriately.

I have attached some screenshots of what the posts are showing up currently like, Mine are all VIP and the others are the desired formatting that I would want from “Entrepreneur Magazine”

I want a large card, and in addition I would love if I could format it so the blog post title does not include the text “VIP Entrepreneur” Just the post title.

If you need me to clarify I can, twitter recommended these tags as an example.

<meta name=“twitter:card” content=“summary_large_image”>
<meta name=“twitter:site” content="@nytimes">
<meta name=“twitter:creator” content="@SarahMaslinNir">
<meta name=“twitter:title” content=“Parade of Fans for Houston’s Funeral”>
<meta name=“twitter:description” content=“NEWARK - The guest list and parade of limousines with celebrities emerging from them seemed more suited to a red carpet event in Hollywood or New York than than a gritty stretch of Sussex Avenue near the former site of the James M. Baxter Terrace public housing project here.”>
<meta name=“twitter:image” content=“http://graphics8.nytimes.com/images/2012/02/19/us/19whitney-span/19whitney-span-articleLarge.jpg”>

Thank you!

Forgot to tag you. Sorry!

Hi @lcawley9,

I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

Instead of doing it manually you can do it easily by using the Yoast SEO plugin as described on the below pages.
