Unable to Customize my Active Site

Hi,
My site is active and with the new Wordpress update I am unable to see anything in the Appearance>Customize tab. Items are missing and nothing displays. It appears to only be an issue with the theme,

Hey there

Everything looks normal on the frontend, I can’t see any error here
Please clear cache after the update and try again, if you still have this problem deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict

Unfortunately this did not work. I am using google chrome and have described all the plugins and still can not see the customization Display. I can only see the left sidebar. This only happened once the site was made active.

Other suggestions?

Also note that when the godaddy security of off PC users can view the customszation window but not MAC. Go daddy looked on there end and it appears to be a theme issue. Not a security issue.

ok, let me check it, please use this plugin to create temporary access for us, its automatic login link and does not requires sharing your admin details. here is How To guide. at the and don’t forget about  “Set as private reply” at the bottom of the message box

Hey there

I can suggest one solution to see the page but yet i cant discover what is the cause, try this, once you access customizer change one of the theme options, for example,> general options > header and enable/disable sticky header, page content will appear immediately

Ok , that worked.
But now I can only view that page. I cannot get to the homepage and to the other widgets etc. to view and edit appearance and content.

Still not resolving the issue to view and navigate the site for design purposes.
