I am using Illdy theme and added a Custom Link for about.
I added following link as Website Hosting - Mysite.com.
It did go to About section but only after loading the page again. It didn’t scroll to the About section like the demo.
Anything I am missing?

I suspect some malfunction to the setup.
Can you try adding only the anchor point or do not use the http and www?
Otherwise, please provide me the website link so I can have a closer look (you can mark the message this as private if it’s not on localhost or under construction)

Like I already stated before, try to use the plain URL in the custom menu link like this: amaash.com/#about
instead if the hole link like it is now: http://www.famaash.com/#about
