Unable to receive reset password email

I have integrated WooCommerce to Illdy theme, and tried to retrieve a lost password from a registered user. However, no emails were received.

WooCommerce email settings page says This template has been overridden by your theme and can be found in: illdy/woocommerce/emails/customer-reset-password.php but I am not familiar with this.

Advice is very much appreciated

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

In this case youwould have to use FTP to access illdy/woocommerce/emails/customer-reset-password.php and look at the customer-reset-password.php file to see what the email has been changed to so that you can check that inbox for the missing emails.
