Unable to Render Template

I downloaded this template Responsive Table V2 - Free HTML/CSS Table Template 2021 - Colorlib.

However, when I try to render the template in python flask I get this error for all the imported stylesheets and scripts “net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND”. However, when I double click on the html file, it shows properly in my browser. Why is this happening?

Sorry, but I tried it on my end and the template is working just fine, its an HTML template, unfortunately, I can’t say why it’s not working in your environment, because I don’t have any information about it, its a normal HTML template, you need to investigate it based on your environment
