I am getting the below error when trying to install this theme. any suggestions? I have googled this and there is not another zip file in the download. Any help appreciated.

You don’t need to use any platform for HTML templates, just a server and nothing else 
Many thanks! I can see that as I needed to ask this, trying to set this up will be way above skill level. Would I be correct in saying all updates would need to be done in raw HTML and then uploaded? do you have any pointers of a good place to read up on the best way to manage a site with this kind of set up?
