Hello, I have an important question:
For years, I have been using Travelify version 2.3.0 with WordPress 5.2.24 and PHP 5.6.40. Now my hosting provider wants me to update the PHP version—ideally to 8.x.
Since WordPress cannot be updated to the latest version without requiring at least PHP 7.4, I switched to that version first, with the plan to update to 8.2 as a final step. Travelify 2.3.0 works well with PHP 7.4, and all plugins have already been updated. Everything is working fine.
The next step involves updating either WordPress or Travelify. Here is my question:
Would Travelify 2.3.0 still work with WordPress 7.0? Currently, no update for Travelify is being displayed within my WordPress dashboard for the current WordPress 5.6 installation.
If I were to download the latest version of Travelify from the web, would it work with the currently installed WordPress 5.6, allowing me to subsequently update WordPress to 7.0?
So, what should I do first? I would be very grateful for an answer.
