website & admin go too slow

Hello,
I’ve made a website with the dazzling theme and it worked perfectly.
Unfortunately since few weeks i’ve seen that the website and admin go more and more slowly… but i’ve changed nothing.
Is it due to the wordpress update ? Is there a way to fix it ?
