Website doesn't scroll fluently

When you scroll on the website using the mouse roll button it doesn’t roll fluently.

However if you use the bar on the right side of the screen it works well. If loaded on a touchscreen device it also works fine.

Any advices on how to fix this?

Thank you for updating us. Can you please tell me how to replicate the problem? I tried it on my end and it worked without any issues. Maybe I’m missing something?
