Website speed is too slow and Broken Images

Hi,
I am a beginner and I’ve created a website which is responding too slow and I don’t know how to Improve the website speed. I’ve tried multiple options but still the problem is not fixed especially in mobile it takes too much time to respond.
2. Second Problem is when I open the website, pictures on the home page shows broken and doesn’t open.

Can any one from support please help me. Thanks,
