Website Template - Yummy; JScript errors

Hallo,
I’ve purchased this Yummy template in late December 2019.

Lately, however, certain things don’t work when using a template, … if I look in firefox & Tools & Console - i see that there are errors in the use of javascript

the Yummy template contains the following statements concerning JS:

<!-- Popper js -->
<script src="js/bootstrap/popper.min.js"></script>

how can i update this JS to make the thing work normally again
