I downloaded and I’m presently using a website template which i downloaded when it was free!
Do i have to pay anything as im using that website currently? (www.clearlinegt.com)

According to the new website template rules
If I’d like to use a new website template and I pay the amount 19 dollars is it enough for using it as my website?
or can i use it without paying by giving proper attribution
