When i click the author on my blog page why does it show the real username ?

When i click the author on my blog page it shows the real username and the body is empty as well.
although i entered some detail on my bio box, but it doesn’t have the background. Please help me fix these two.

After clicking this link, when i click the editor, it shouldn’t show the real author name. It should show the display name or nicknames.

This is how the themes work and you can also confirm it using any default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen.

Also i can see the author description is displaying on author archive page as shown in the attached screenshot.
