I am trying to use this theme on a client website but the Jumbotron element is missing. I have uninstalled and deleted the theme files several times to see if it was maybe a bad installation but this is not the case. My client is anxious to get their site up an running and I want to meet my deadline can you please rectify this issue immediately? I know this has happened with other users but I can not see how you have fixed it. This is a matter of urgency and I would like it addressed as such.

Yes. I have done all this. The section is showing as locked. I also need to know the EXACT dimensions of this section as I am creating a custom header image with the client’s logo.

The locked icon simply indicates that the section cannot be moved, the other sections can be moved with drag and drop. The dimensions of the header is 1600 px width and the height is 75 px.
