It works well for me. Please note that the video quality, internet speed, and browser specifications can affect the performance. There is nothing in the theme that can change the quality of the video or playback.

Hi again!

The video doesnt appear on smartphones. Not mine, or my colleagues. Can you tell me how to fix that?

If it does work on your end, can you share a screenshot?

I agree that the video may not appear on some devices, as it only shows .mp4 video files. I would recommend using an image in this case to maintain a consistent background appearance in this section, as showing a video might not be stable.

We need to have approximately the same pic/video whether it´s on the pc or smartphone. I could insert a fixed picture for smartphones. How can I insert that, so it at least the same kind of background?

Hey there,

The best scenario here is to use a background image, but please consider that having the same view on desktop and mobile devices is not possible since you have a landscape view on desktop devices and portrait on mobile.

The pic showing on mobile devices is the default pic you set up for the theme. How can I change that exact pic into my own pic?

Please add this CSS code in the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

#header.header-front-page {
    background-image: url(https://endingmentalabuse.com/wp-content/themes/illdy/layout/images/front-page/front-page-header.jpg) !important;
}

and change image URL in this code.
